Where our agreement permits portfolio or promotional use, Twosixhundred Photography may use selected photographs for purposes such as:

  • Final edited photographs may be retained for up to seven years.

  • RAW and working image files may be retained for approximately twelve months following delivery, after which they may be permanently deleted.

  • Backup copies may remain for a reasonable period as part of ordinary backup processes.

Clients should not rely on Twosixhundred Photography as their permanent archival service and should maintain their own copies of delivered photographs.

Access and Correction

You may request access to Personal Information we hold about you and request that inaccurate or outdated information be corrected, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
